At Francis Baily we believe that a positive approach to the management behaviour promotes self-discipline and self-worth, thereby enabling our children to learn successfully and become a responsible member of the school community. There are a few rules in the school, but they are there for good reason.
Children who break these rules will receive sanctions. This may take the form of loss of playtimes or privileges. Constant breaking of these rules will result in a discussion with the parents which should resolve the matter but in extreme circumstances may result in exclusion.
